We ate in many Thai restaurants with Pat and Jan. At "The Fresh" restaurant in Ban Si Raya on Ko Lanta, Pat and Nina ordered the "Rad" Curry. It was truly radical Red Curry - by far the hottest dish we had during Pat and Jan's month with us. It was amazing that they were able to eat their whole meal while their eyes watered. Pat's beers and Nina's waters helped to get it down at last.
